A chilly new month

Yep it is definitely nearing wintertime in Florida. The weather directly after Halloween became cold. The wind chill factor is most likely 35 degrees; therefore I shall be wearing a sweater for a few days, to keep warm. The temperature on its own is just around 65 degrees … so what am I complaining about … it’s Florida! The weather is supposed to be warm to hot not to cold.

Anyway, last night was delightful for me. There were nearing 2 dozens trick or treaters, just having a great time. Numerous youngsters were chaperoned by moms and dads, big brothers and sisters also played a fun night to get free candy. One little girl was just too adorable; she was happy to receive candy. I had given her a plastic pumpkin filled with an small assortment, to which she asked, “Why do I need this…?” She was asking about the plastic pumpkin … to which … I replied, “Just because.”

So that was the best part of my evening.

The decorations went over nicely too with adult chaperons admiring the eeriness. See for yourself:
