This delightful and quite uniquely put together side-dish and appetizer will be a hit for brunch, dinner, or dieter’s haven. There is nothing of vast calorie count. There is no salad dressing. There is only black pepper, salt, ginger, and 2.5 tablespoons of lemon juice.
The full ingredients are:
1 apple (diced)
1 pear (diced)
1 peach (diced)
2.5 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh squeeze of bottled)
1 onion slice (diced)
1 cucumber halved (diced)
1 carrot (grated)
1 tomato (diced)

In a large mixing bowl place vegetables, once diced and shredded. In a medium mixing bowl place fruits, once diced. Combine fruits large bowl where vegetables are just waiting to be seasoned.
Season with salt, pepper, and ground ginger; combine in a lift and drop motion using a wooden utensil. Once seasonings have been pretty much distributed equally – yep – pour lemon juice and once again … just toss and place in single cup serving bowls and place your favorite grated cheese on top.
Refrigerate at least one hour before serving. Longer is better.
